Tina Menard was nominated by a colleague, Judith Cain.
Mrs. Menard works as an inclusion professional with the Special Education students at her school. She works individually with them, makes study guides for them, helps them become organized, and gives them confidence that they can do the assigned work. She is always willing to learn the subject content with her students, which leads them to be more attentive in class. She also listens to students' problems if they need someone to confide in. As a result of her hard work, the students have been more successful in learning.
