When we met Ms Schroer my child was 3 years old, he was diagnosed with speech delay. So, he received speech therapy twice a week as a walk in student in a public school. His verbal language was limited and he also had difficulty interacting with other children. After my boy took part on Ms Schroer class my husband and I started noticing a considerable improvement on his social and language skills. He was using words more naturally and fluently. We believe that she transmitter the confidence he need it to keep developing his personality and character. Thanks Ms Schroer once again Kathia Perez

I have known Virginia Schroer for many years (50+ years) and she showed leadership qualities early in life and always excelled in academics. She is someone who always did the "right" thing, showing compassion and respect for others. She made her mark early in life demonstrating admirable qualities and continued throughout her career to delivering beyond expectations. Her commitment to education in her field of pathology is worthy of significant recognition. Virginia has given her all to her profession over 45 years and has earned the respect and admiration she so deserves. She has been a life-changer for many young people and even for those of us who have known her since childhood.

Ginny Schoerer is an outstanding instructor. I worked in the same school where she was a speech therapist. Her students adored her as well as their parents. They were very grateful that their children had such a dedicated professional to enhance their ongoing progress. Ms. Schoerer had to pick up the students from their home rooms for therapy and they were always excited to see her. She made their therapy sessions very individualized according to their needs.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Virginia as her Speech-Language program chairperson for the past five years. During that time she has done an exemplary job; exhibiting caring and diligence while carrying out her duties to support the communication skills of her students. In addition she has become a trusted and valued friend. I am pleased to be able to have the opportunity to leave this comment on her behalf. I sincerely endorse her for the Life Changer Award.
