James Charest was nominated by his student, Nora Gould.
Mr. Charest, or Mr. C, as he is affectionately called by his students, is a great teacher. He is funny, and he always makes learning fun in his classroom. He gives his students creative team projects that help them learn about world experiences, which provides students with hands-on learning experiences. Every day, Mr. C posts what "national day" it is for everyone to see.
"He gets really excited about the things he teaches us, and gets us excited about them too," Gould said.
