Michelle Garmon was nominated by a parent, Brenda Lovato.
Mrs. Garmon is incredible educator who loves learning and is always implementing new strategies in her classes. She is professional and extremely proficient with all of her students.
"It is very evident that she cares for and loves each and every student for who they are. She molds her teaching on an individual level," Lovato said. "We are all very proud of her accomplishments, and she has received many awards recognizing her abilities, including as a PBS Digital All Star."
Mrs. Garmon is a positive role model, mother, friend, team player and a teacher.
"Parents admire her. More importantly, the students all love her for her leadership, her high standards and her fantastic attitude toward making a difference in the lives of our precious children; our leaders of tomorrow," Lovato said.
