Ms. McMackin brings kindness and a love of children with her every day she goes to work. She works with children at every level of ability, showing them patience and giving them the confidence and tools they need to learn and succeed. The entire staff at Roxborough Christian School considers Ms. McMackin to be an asset and a blessing, and her ideas and suggestions are well received by staff. She does a great job of keeping in touch with the parents and is regulalry available by phone. She's also a life-long learner and is continuing her education in pursuit of a master's degree.

"Throughout the years, Jacqui has given 100% to the children that she has cared for, whether it be as a volunteer, babysitter, nanny, or teacher," Rosso said. "She has a gift with children and is a gift to them and their parents." .
