Jake was part of the 9th grade teaching cohort in 2022-2023 for my incoming 9th grader. Not only did Jake actively engage with the students and the global studies curriculum, he spent a lot of time getting to know all the incoming 9th graders and welcome them to the high school and met them where they were. His work as a case manager is exemplary. Jake is also extremely involved outside the classroom and can be seen around the high school supporting the student athletes and artists with their extra curricular shows, sports, and meets. He helps to make the MHS community one that students want to be engaged with and a part of. Congratulations Jake -- we are so lucky to have you at MHS!

I am honored to have Jake as a member of the MHS Faculty. His dedicated to students, their families and his colleagues is second to none. He is kind, friendly, and incredibly supportive. A servant leader, he is always seeking to understand what others need and how he can assist to ensure the success of ever student as well as the organization.
