LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Kate St-Pierre was nominated by a student.

"Mrs. St-Pierre is a LifeChanger because she motivates me to better myself, encourages my ideas, and helps me make my ideas come to life," said the student. "She also formed my love for theatre. I took her class last year not thinking much of it, but as the school year went on, I realized how much fun theatre is. Mrs. St-Pierre encouraged me to go into the tech aspect of theatre, and I have never been so happy being at school. She reminds me to make sure I'm pacing myself and not stressing myself out. Her classroom is a safe space, and I really enjoy walking in there because I know it is a judgment-free zone where creativity, thinking outside of the box, and 'going rouge' as she says, are always encouraged."
