Guillermo Zapata was nominated by a colleague, Soledad Muniz.
"Guillermo is the night custodian in our school. At times, he gets called in to cover for the day lead custodian or special events. He is quick in helping and cleaning up our school for the students. He has impacted me as a LifeChanger because he is like a counselor to teachers at the end of the day," said Muniz. "He has seen me cry at the end of a difficult day with students and has taken time to listen and encourage me. He always has a word of encouragement that a tired teacher needs at the end of the day. I've seen him do the same with other teachers. He has a great heart."
