Sheron started working at the ECC this year. She is great with our students! She always greets them upon entering the building, helps keep an eye on them while they wait to go to class, and at lunchtime she also helps out. She seems to really enjoy children, as evidenced by the way she interacts with them. She is also a hard worker and will do anything you ask!
Sheron is always cheerful and positive, and always a pleasure to be around. Her work ethic is amazing!
Sheron, you are not only a hard worker, but a dear, caring friend. Every time I see you, whether at school or Wal-mart, lol, you show you care with a smile and a hug. When you worked at Vineland we could always count on you to keep the building clean and running smoothly. I am excited that you got this nomination!

Congratulations on a well deserved nomination. I wish you the best of luck and hope the panel is able to see all that you do and have done for our district.
It has been my pleasure to work with Sheron in a variety of capacities both at Vineland Elementary and at DeSoto Junior High School. Sheron has always been quick to lend a hand anytime I've needed assistance while excelling at her daily duties maintaining the school facilities. I have personally witnessed Sheron's efforts to assist staff and students, going above and beyond to greet everyone with a smile and foster a pleasant environment. Sheron is truly deserving of this award and her presence is still missed at DJHS!
Sheron is an amazing person who has worked hard throughout our district in many capacities. She never meets a stranger she is always welcoming to not only new staff but also new families to our district. She takes pride in her work as a custodian keeping our buildings spic and span. She has always shown compassion for students and always had an encouraging word for them. She spent many years at our Jr. High Campus where she could be found not only helping out in the Cafeteria during busy lunchtime but also found time to speak with kids to make sure they felt like they belonged there, that they felt valued, and encouraged them to join into all the fun things happening on campus. Now that she is at our Early Childhood Center she gives the best hugs to all the little faces that see her as a superhero that is a constant and stable part of their lives. She is always there to lend a hand when needed. She is an awesome team member! I feel honored to work with her.
I worked with Sheron at Vineland Elementary for several years. She always had a positive attitude, amazing work ethic, and smile for kids and staff alike. She is an example to all of us.
I worked with Sheron at Vineland for years. She is such a good person, and always helpful to me and our entire building. She was always good for a laugh. Sheron has become a very important person in the ECC building. Every day she has been very helpful with all of our classroom needs. She has made several little buddies during school year who appreciate her very much and have grown to love her in our building. I am very much appreciative of the extra time she has spent getting to know our families during the family activity nights.

I have had the pleasure to work with Sheron as well as her being the custodian for the DJHS while both my boys passed through. Not only did she go above and beyond to help the kitchen staff, She kept the building in the best shape ever! My favorite part is the relationship she built with my boys! They still talk about Ms. Sheron. They love and respect her. They were blessed to have the opportunity to learn important life skills from her mentoring.
I had the pleasure to work with Sheron at DJHS. She always went above and beyond on helping the staff and our students. She was an absolute joy to work with and I always looked forward to our conversations.

So happy to have Sheron added to our ECC family! I worked with her through the summer months when we had plumbing construction at the ECC on top of all the other items required in preparing for the start of school. She is a hard worker and always friendly with a smile and a laugh to greet you. Congratulations, Sheron, for this nomination. You deserve it!
Sheron has always been an integral part of our school district running smoothly! She's worked at several buildings on the custodial staff and not only performs well at her job, but she contributes to the buildings overall by being friendly and supportive to the students and other staff, and she's appreciated!
Sheron is an amazing employee who takes immense pride in her work and has high expectations for all that she interacts with, often holding them to a high standard.
I had the great honor and privilege of teaching her daughter and also working with her at the junior high. She is a blessing to anyone around her. No matter what situation arose in her daily routine; she tackled it with a positive attitude and I never heard a complaint or negative word. Her daughter expressed that same positive attitude in anything she attempted. Sheron's influence is something that should be spread around for all to see and feel. She truly is a great choice for this honor.
Sheron worked in the junior high building for several years. She always went above and beyond to make our school a great place to be. She always took the time to stop and ask how I was doing and made a point to check on me when she knew there was a lot happening in the building. She always said someone had to check on the counselor, too. She also took the time to get to know the students and make connections with them. Part of my role as a counselor is to create schedules for the new students and give them tours of the building. In doing so, I would almost always see Sheron at some point along the tour. I made sure to introduce Sheron to our new students because I knew she would make them feel welcome at DJHS and be a friendly face for them. I knew she would help them out if she saw them needing something or struggling to find their way around the building their first few days. Sheron definitely made an impact on my life and the students at DJHS.
Mrs. Sheron, you couldn't be more deserving! Your hard work, positive attitude, and Dragon Pride are exemplary! You truly care about our students, our teachers, and our community! It shows in everything you do, through your smile and eager attitude, and through your work and your desire to ensure the buildings are perfect!
