"Mr. Alvarez is excellent at his job. You can see how he helps students and gets involved in their efforts to better themselves. He is in charge of a club called PEEP. One of my grandkids was in that club last year, and she loved it. This year, my grandson is in the club, too. I used to be a registrar in an elementary school and know how much work is involved. When I go to the school, I see how professional he is, how much he cares for the school, and how the principal trusts him. I think he deserves to be called a LifeChanger as it's what he does daily," said Gutierrez.
