"Paula is one of the most dedicated educators I have ever had the privilege to work with. She goes above and beyond for all students throughout our school. She has worked with all grade levels including EC self-contained classrooms and does so with the same drive and determination to make a positive impact on CES students. She is always willing to help in any capacity whether it is filling a teacher vacancy, leading intervention groups, clerical duties, driving a school bus, or helping in the community. She is trustworthy, dependable, honest, and a valuable member of our team," said Talbert.

Paula is the most selfless human being I have ever encountered. She is so deserving of this recognition, because she does not do anything ever for the point of recognition. She does absolutely any and everything that is asked of her, and always with a smile on her face. Ms. Little loves the children as if they were her own, and they light up when they see her. She makes a huge impact in their lives each and everyday. Life has thrown challenges in Paula's direction, but you would never know that. She carries herself each and everyday as a strong Christian leader who shows up and loves on her students as well as her co-workers. Central Elementary School is so lucky to have a Paula Little!! They don't make people like her anymore! She is a one of a kind!
