Ms Richardson is a young woman to be admired. I have seen her work tirelessly, and lovingly with children outside of her everyday job each Sunday morning. She is enthusiastic and particularly patient as she encourages them to do their best and be the best they can be. So it is no surprise that she is up for the LifeChanger of the Year award at the school where she teaches. She is a positive influencer tempered with love, teaching excellence to her students in and out of the classroom at Welcome Elementary.

A’leah is the picture of strength. Each day she faces her own challenges but she never lets these kids go a day with feeling love. The respect shown for her is a beautiful sight. These kids want to spend time with her even after school. Truly a gem that was needed.
