She initiated the creation of a makerspace designed to accommodate all learning styles, particularly benefiting students with dyslexia. "As a leader, Kelsy wears multiple hats, including serving as the STEM coordinator, math coach, and Dean of Students. This project provided hands-on learning and taught students valuable lessons in entrepreneurship and community service. "Kelsy's record of excellent performance at the professional level is demonstrated through her role in designing and implementing innovative math lessons that accommodate various learning styles. With her Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, she has consistently created meaningful and effective educational experiences that have led to measurable improvements in student outcomes.
