Fetter is a dedicated and loving special education director. She started her career piloting the preschool program at Allen East to include children with and without special needs. Fetter is the reason her school has inclusion classes and children with disabilities get the opportunities to be included with their peers. She cares for her students and staff members and goes above and beyond her job title at Allen East.
Mrs.Amanda is a amazing teacher. She deserves the award she is thoughtful, kind, and she knows how to make your day.

Ms. Amanda is helpful and kind to all; students, parents, and colleagues. Fetter is dedicated to improving special education and helping all children belong and feel included in our district. She has personally taken the time to help with suggestions or explain something to me that I had questions about as a general education teacher. Inclusion is such an important thing for these students and I'm happy they have a Special Ed Director who fights for them to push in!
I love Mrs. Amanda she is the best teacher I ever had I had her as my preschool teacher she had a hampster and whenever I see her she gives me a donut or some gift she is my friends mom and I absolutely love her she is like a second mother to me and her students and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
