This is Mr. Williams' 2nd year at Silverton. He is down to earth, has a hardy laugh, and smiles often. He is a great example of Habit 3 from Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Effective People, as he puts his Silverton community and students first.
"I appreciate his thoughtful words to the staff on a regular basis. I believe he has great courage, taking on the title of principal for the first time. I can see that students respect him in the way in which they greet and talk with him. Thank you, Principal Williams, for showing great leadership," said Hall.
