LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Annalise Wellman was nominated by her former colleague, Cynthia Schector. 

Ms. Wellman was recognized as the 2024 Beginning Teacher of the Year for the Central Region of Palm Beach County and as a finalist for the Beginning Teacher of the Year award for Palm Beach County. Ms. Wellman serves as an assistant basketball coach and aftercare assistant. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Sprout's Traveling Tea Company, a business she started a few years ago, and a published author. She inspired a former student with truancy issues to come to school. "I know for a fact she uses her own money to provide meals and supplies for students who are homeless," said Schector.  "She cares, and students know it."
