Music that Describes Brittany
Brittany Woodlee, also known as "Mrs. Brittany," was nominated by a parent of a student, Meredith Maxey.
Three words that describe Mrs. Brittany are loving, inspiring, and hardworking. Not only does she inspire elementary students as a first-grade teacher, but she is also inspiring to high school students as the girls' basketball coach.
"My daughter is in her class this year, and Mrs. Brittany has brought out the love for learning in her. She eases my daughter's fears while challenging her academically. It amazes me as a parent and former teacher to see how hard she works to make the curriculum fun and exciting for the students. What makes Mrs. Brittany the absolute best in my eyes is how she welcomed my daughter and our family to her class. My daughter moved schools this year and was very scared and anxious because she was leaving the comfort of her normal surroundings. I definitely had mom guilt for moving her, but Mrs. Brittany eased both of our minds. She made my daughter feel safe and happy and eased my mind by keeping me informed of her day," said Maxey. "Mrs. Brittany is a LifeChanger, for sure. She changed our lives."
Two of my children have had Mrs. Brittany for a teacher. As previously mentioned by others, she brings so much fun to her classroom. My children have learned so much from her, and they were excited and knowledgeable about any subject they studied. From taking the children outside for science experiments to growing butterflies in the classroom, Mrs. Brittany has made my children's school experience extraordinary.
Mrs. Brittany is so pleasant to be around. She is always smiling every time I see her no matter if it is outside or inside the school. She has been so welcoming with the program I teach at the schools always welcoming me with a smile. She is so calm, sweet, and treats the students like they are her own. You can tell her students love her very much. Her class is attentive and well behaved. I do not know how she teaches and coaches but she does it with a smile and is so positive. This is very well deserved for Mrs. Brittany.
I have known Brittany, since having her as my student in 6th grade. She was a pleasure to have in class, a very good athlete, and friendly to others. When she became a teacher and came back to her elementary school to teach and coach, it was, as her teacher, heart- warming to know you have had a small part in helping to shape a young life. For any teacher, that is a life-changing experience.
Mrs Brittany is my daughter, she has always been a hard worker and a great person.She started working at Beersheba Porcelain when she was 12 ,she has always worked hard at anything she does whether its teaching,coaching,parenting, gardening and canning ,she does it all and she loves each and every one of her students, one proud mama ,I love you Brittany
She worked wonders with my Noah which has had nothing but problems this year ..she was always so hands on with him he has add ,ADHD and autism and she could get him to stay on task and he loved school he cries every day he has school now she is very patient and kind
Brittany was my senior year basketball coach. Coach Britt is definitely a role model. She always pushed us to be the best and never gave up on us as a coach. She is very hardworking and has a big heart. Thank you, Britt! :)
Mrs. Brittany has been in my life for about 20 years whether it was following her and my older sister on our bikes as kids or playing basketball for the same team for nearly a decade. Brittany is always a breath of fresh air to be around and her smile radiates. She is a passionate and caring individual who proves to be an outstanding role model for children and others. I remember always admiring her grit as a kid and how she was able to pass along the type of motivational energy that you want to be around. I am pleased to be able to say all of my 3 children have experienced her as their teacher. My youngest child, Abram, is currently attending her first grade class and I am always impressed to see his advancements in not only learning but his growth in confidence and his enhancement in the way he carries himself with manners and appropriate behaviors.
We love you Brittany! I sincerely hope that my daughter gets to experience you as a teacher again only this time as her coach!

Brittany is a beautiful soul inside and out. She has a passion for helping kids of all ages and is very self driven to make good things happen for them. She’s a dedicated teacher, supportive wife, committed coach, loving parent and loyal friend. I’m proud to call her a colleague and part of our family. Mrs. Brittany is wonderful! My daughter just started school this year, and she adores Mrs. Brittany. It makes her day better and easier to cope with being at school away from mom and just more comfortable in general when she sees or talks to her! Thanks for being a good educator and caregiver to these students!
I grew up around Brittany and then my son had her for RTI his 1st grade year. He absolutely adores her. My bonus kiddos had her for their 1st grade and loved her as well. I could not think of a more well deserving teacher!
Brittany is a natural with her 1st graders! She brings the very best out of her students as she pushes them to excel academically! Brittany continues to influence students as she travels to our high school to coach the girls in basketball! Her value to our district and students is immeasurable!

Brittany is my grand child teacher she’s the absolute best. This child has been thru so much her moms not part of her life her dads passed so we have custody Brittany gives her the right amount of attention and has tought her respect Her love goes above just being a teacher she’s so much more we consider her a great friend.
Mrs. Brittany taught my youngest daughter when she was in 1st grade. She was phenomenal. Always going the extra mile with hands-on activities. She always fostered a true love for learning. She taught the kids about writing and how to publish a book. They each wrote a page and the class published a book together. Then Mrs. Brittany planned a "author's signing party" for them to be recognized for their work on the book. She does this every year for her class.
She does all of this while also doing an amazing job of coaching our high school basketball team where she's had an incredible impact on the players and the program. Mrs. Brittany is very deserving of recognition for all her hard work and dedication.
Brittany goes above and beyond in everything she does. Her passion for teaching is unmatched, and her dedication to students’ success is remarkable. She sets the bar high for her students, and they strive to do their best for her. She truly makes an impact on her students by making learning fun and engaging. She is a definite leader and the definition of a great educator. She is one of the best LifeChangers I have had the privilege to know.
Miss Brittany is truly an amazing teacher. She is very active in her classroom and tries to make learning as fun as possible. My son has improved so much this year and absolutely adores Miss Brittany. If she sees him outside of school, she is always sure to say hello and it makes him so happy!
