Dr. Ramey is creating a positive culture for her staff, scholars, and families. She is building community and positive interactions by implementing daily morning meetings with scholars to provide guidance and expectations for learning.
Dr. Ramey and the office team have designed the front office to improve its functionality and aesthetics and make it look inviting to all who enter the office. She is an energetic leader who uses data to drive the decisions of the school and scholars. She has established Collaborative Teams to help the staff collaborate around data, state standards, and instruction. The scholars' success is the core of all decisions.
Before becoming a Principal, Dr. Ramey was an Assistant Principal in the Riverview Gardens School District. In this role, she had the opportunity to work with scholars to problem solve about behavior and create a plan for their success by implementing student leadership roles. Dr. Ramey embodies many characteristics of being a LifeChanger.
