Ms. Williams is a hard-working, collaborative, and positive teacher who always goes above and beyond for the school. She is always willing to help organize activities during and after school hours like robotics. She also helps with parent organization. Recently, she helped coordinate the school's Christmas parade. In the classroom, she is constantly looking for innovative ways to get her students engaged. Ms. Williams is always looking for the latest technology resources that can help her students succeed. As a result, her scores and student achievement are always high, and her students are happy and love school. She is one of those teachers who gets along with everyone because she is always smiling and positive, and her personality is bright. She is always willing to help colleagues, mentor student teachers, and is a team player. She mentors student teachers yearly, is the summer school director, afterschool robotics co-chair, and third-grade camp coordinator. Ms. Williams is such a vital and wonderful asset to the school.
