Mrs. Bancroft is a LifeChanger because she has built an amazing student services team consisting of Family Liaisons, social workers, and behavior interventionists who support the whole child and family. She is an advocate for mental health awareness, LGBTQIA+ students, whole family needs, and so much more. She has brought BeNice to the schools and inspires students to take action and make changes in their schools and community. Mrs. Bancroft brings joy, support, and much-needed advocacy to the district and community. She supports students in their most vulnerable moments and is there to support staff, as well.
