Through her innovative teaching methods and unwavering support, Ms. Shroff empowers her students to excel academically and artistically. Many of her students credit her for helping them overcome personal challenges, find their passion, and develop the skills necessary for success beyond high school. Her influence extends to the broader school community, where she plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

"Ms. Shroff serves on our Campus Performance Objectives Committee (CPOC), where she helps shape policies that enhance equity and achievement for all students. Her thoughtful contributions to this committee reflect her dedication to ensuring every student feels valued and supported. Her leadership is evident within our school and across the state," said Estelle.

As the chair of the Texas Educational Theatre Association (TxETA) FilmFest, she has created opportunities for students to explore storytelling through film, inspiring young artists to expand their creative horizons. Her leadership in this role has significantly increased student participation and elevated the program's profile, benefiting countless aspiring filmmakers. At the professional level, Ms. Shroff is recognized for her excellence and dedication. Her productions consistently receive praise for their quality and creativity, showcasing her exceptional skills as a director and educator.

It is a surprise that I have only just met this woman this year. From the first impression to now I have learned that Mrs. Shroff is honestly one of the intense, motivating, and passionate teachers I have ever met. And I mean with every sense of the word that she is brilliant.

I only knew Mrs. Shroff for a few months, but in that time she had a huge impact on my life. She was has the most inviting personality that encourages you be the best you can be. Her positive attitude towards her students and work are examples that everyone should take notes from. My only regret is not joining theater sooner.

I just met her earlier last year but she has made a really big impact on me she taught me that it’s okay to take my time to make something look presentable or perfect rather than rushing it and having the product look bad. That made a huge impact on me as a student. She is one of the best educators because in the time I’ve known her she has been very understanding and kind and I cannot wait for more opportunities to work with her more.

It wouldn't be hyperbole to say that Mrs. Shroff changed me and many others' lives for the better. Having her as both a teacher and director for the past 3 years has been such a ride. Her energy is infectious, and she's truly so much fun to be around. She has also taught us so much during her time at Cypress Creek at the same time and has been such a pillar of support for all of her students. She is part of the reason why theatre at Cypress Creek is so memorable for all of us.

Chloe Shroff has only been my director for 2 years, but she has already made such a big impact on my life. Shroff has been such an amazing and supportive person and has truly made me a better human. Joining something new can be scary, but Shroff has always been there for me. When I need someone to talk to I know she will always be willing. Not only is she supportive but as I said she has helped me grow as a person. High-school is a crazy world, and having someone to guide me through is something I will forever be grateful for. Overall, Shroff is such an amazing human and is so incredibly committed to helping her students and making a better environment.

Mrs. Shroff is nothing short of supportive and invested in her students. When I needed help mastering a German accent, for a UIL play, she sat me in her office and we worked for an hour on learning the specific sounds. When I needed help editing my short film, she spent so much of her time troubleshooting and teaching me all sorts of editing techniques. Even now, after graduating, she still lends her time to continue teaching me new filming techniques when I ask. When I started to study film at college, she sent me a detailed "must-watch" movie list that was organized into three categories and meticulously designed on Canva. Time and time again she shows how she will take one step further to support not just her students, but the community around her. She leaves a genuine lasting impact on everyone she meets and she is the ultimate definition of a life changer.

Mrs Shroff has truly been a very important force in my life. She is always available to students, whether it’s for a laugh, or even a hardship that the student needs to share, you can always find a listening ear in Shroff. She helped me find my passion for theater and she is part of the reason I decided to pursue theater in my post secondary education. Even as an alumni, she stays in contact with me and checks in despite how busy life gets. I can not thank her enough for the positive influence she’s had in my life and she totally deserves to be Lifechanger of the Year!

Mrs. Shroff is genuinely one of the greatest teachers i’ve had. This year is the first full year she has been my teacher and I just can’t wait for more to come, she shows true love for being a director and true love to all of her students. Now everyday I look forward to coming to my theatre class because I know she will make whatever day I have into a good day. Mrs. Shroff has taught me that it’s okay to step out of my comfort zone and stand up for myself when needed. Mrs. Shroff sees us as actual students and not just some part of her day and that really means something special to me. I know that Mrs. Shroff wants a good future for students and she is outstanding at working hard for that, because of her I am a better actress and person in general.

Chloe Shroff is one of the best educators in Cy-Fair ISD. I have never had a teacher so passionate about what she does every single day. As a soon to be graduating senior I can confidently say that I have learned more in the 2 1/2 years I have spent in her class than in my entire school experience. Mrs.Shroff is my director of 4 years in high school. I have loved working with her, she has changed me for the better. Mrs. Shroff has helped me grow as a person. Being a freshman straight from online covid learning Shroff has helped me come out of my shell. She has taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone through the many productions. Going into college, I will take her 'Can Do' attitude into my future as an aspiring educator.

Queen!!!! I love Mrs. Shroff so so so much. She's an amazing teacher and director. She taught me so much about theatre and about life in general. I've never had a teacher so eager to help students and jump at any opportunity to provide guidance. She's also always so nice and caring to my younger brother, which for some reason is very rare for him? Teachers never really understood my brother, but his weird antic never bothered her. Overall, Mrs. Shroff is a wonderful person and I wouldn't be who I am and where I am today without her.

Shroff has always been such an amazing educator. More than just in the classroom, she helped her students in the real world. She's there for when we need a trusted person to talk to. No matter what it is, something of genuine importance, or just students complaining Shroff will always put her most into building up her students. She wants us to succeed. We're more than just a grade on a paper, we're real people to her, and shows that everyday.
