Lorena Alvarado was nominated by Cody Garay.

"While I am not directly involved with the school, I have had the opportunity to interact with Lorena on several occasions. I have been consistently impressed by her dedication and the positive energy she brings to every situation. As the attendance clerk, Lorena plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school," said Garay.

"Beyond her impressive organizational skills, what stands out the most about Lorena is her warm and approachable nature. She has an incredible ability to make everyone feel comfortable and valued, whether she is interacting with staff, students, or parents. Lorena's bubbly and friendly personality creates an atmosphere of trust and respect, which is not always easy to achieve in such a demanding role," said Garay.

"Lorena is also a loving mom to a wonderful family. Her oldest daughter attends the same school she works at, allowing them to see each other daily. While some kids may feel a little more pressure or even uncomfortable having their parents in their school environment, her daughter takes pride in the fact that her mom is such a monumental figure to not only her but her peers around her. In addition to her excellent work ethic, Lorena is a truly supportive presence in the school community," said Garay. "She is proactive, always willing to assist whenever needed, and consistently demonstrates a positive attitude. Lorena is appreciated for her professional skills and the kindness and care she brings to her interactions with others. I am confident that Lorena would be an excellent recipient of the LifeChanger Of The Year Award. Her professional and personal contributions have had a lasting positive impact, and she truly deserves this recognition."
