As the school's Data Processor, Ms. Peralta goes far beyond the expectations of her role — serving not only with precision and professionalism, but with warmth, grace, and unwavering positivity. She is truly a ray of sunshine. Whether she's juggling enrollment, managing records, or assisting with countless day-to-day operations, Ms. Peralta always does so with a smile and a calming presence that puts staff, students, and families at ease. Her ability to stay organized and efficient while keeping service at the center of her work is extraordinary.
Ms. Peralta plays a crucial role in developing the school's welcoming atmosphere. She helps make TMS feel like a home. Her kindness, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile for anyone—whether it's a parent needing guidance or a teacher in a bind—demonstrate the depth of her character and commitment to excellence. Her leadership is quiet, but powerful.

I have known Stef since 20 11-and I am grateful. She is an admirable young lady with a heart of gold.
I was blessed to have her as a nanny for my children. She treated them as if they were her own children. She took the time out to play with them, do crafts with them and most of all make them feel loved.

This nomination is no surprise. I’ve known Ms. Peralta since 2016, and to this day, I remember the care and support she gave me at Tradewinds Middle.
