Rob Kos was nominated anonymously.

Mr. Kos' selflessness and dedication to helping struggling students, particularly those with special needs, is the reason he was nominated for this award. One memorable instance occurred during class when a student was visibly frustrated and having difficulty completing a math worksheet. Recognizing the student’s struggle, Rob Kos took a whiteboard and marker, sat beside the student, and patiently broke the problem down into manageable steps. He remained with the student even after the bell rang to ensure the assignment was completed. In addition to his commitment in the classroom, Rob Kos is known for his humility and kindness—he consistently greets faculty and staff with a smile, a friendly hello, and a genuine inquiry about their day. These qualities are what make him a standout nominee.

"One student told me, another student sitting next to them nodded and agreed with this statement too; 'Mr. Kos is the best, he helped me get through my Geometry class.'
