Mrs. Grant is caring, hard-working, and someone who truly cares about making everything suitable for everyone. She consistently goes above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in the lives of both students and fellow educators, embodying the highest ideals of the teaching profession. Mrs. Grant takes on the workload of others when people are unavailable, works hard to help her students succeed, and truly serves as an advocate for teachers and a good leader in the special education community. Whether mentoring new teachers, leading a special education professional development session, or simply offering a listening ear and sound advice, she elevates the entire school community.
Mrs. Grant is known for her collaborative spirit, problem-solving mindset, and tireless work ethic. Mrs. Grant encourages students to work in small groups to further their understanding of the material, and she organizes school trips that allow students to experience life and learning outside the school walls. Mrs. Grant also serves as the student council advisor and helps plan numerous 8th-grade events.
