In Mr. Lamb-Costantino's classroom, he focuses on creating a positive environment by building strong relationships with his students and showing them that they are valued and respected. He takes the time to learn their names, interests, and unique strengths, which helps foster trust and connection. He sets clear expectations through consistent rules and routines so students feel safe and know what to expect each day.

Mr. Lamb-Costantino celebrates effort and progress using strategies like the Super Improver Wall, which helps motivate students and recognize their growth. He models positivity in his behavior by staying calm, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented, even when challenges arise. He also encourages collaboration through partner and group activities, helping students feel like an essential part of a supportive classroom community. 

As a music teacher, Mr. Lamb-Costantino's most pressing financial needs center around creating an engaging, inclusive, and well-equipped classroom for all his students. He is constantly working to replace or repair instruments so every child has access to quality tools for learning and performance. Technology is another key need—whether it's speakers, microphones, or tablets—to help students create, explore, and experience music in meaningful ways, especially those with disabilities. 

Mr. Lamb-Costantino loves using costumes and props to bring lessons to life. He also relies on Whole Brain Teaching and social-emotional learning materials like Super Improver supplies and Red Bear/Green Bear visuals to support student growth and classroom management.

In addition to his dedication to teaching music, Mr. Lamb-Costantino has won several awards, including the Young Music Teacher of the Year for South Big Horn Basin District, the Whole Brain Teaching Teacher of the Year, the Music Teacher of the Year for South Big Horn Basin District, and the Teacher of the Year for Sweetwater County School District #1.
