Mrs. Carrington is a LifeChanger when it comes to ensuring the students do their best and never give up. She is a listener and a motivator. Mrs. Carrington is a counselor who guides students when they are struggling with what to do in school. She helps them navigate the path to graduation. She guides without judgment, because many students don't have any idea what they want to do in life, and others are afraid of failure.

"I remember when my son was struggling with his mental health. Mrs. Carrington was there to get him back on track and help relieve the anxieties that led to his depression. She stepped outside of herself and began treating him like one of her children. That meant a lot to me, that she didn't give up on him and stood in a place of understanding," said Judge.
