Ms. Brzozowski is the Director of Pupil/Student Services for Berkshire Local Schools, where she oversees critical programs and fosters support systems for students with disabilities and other needs. She is committed to expanding access to vocational education for disadvantaged and underserved student populations. As part of her efforts, she is helping to develop the Badger Print Lab. In this hands-on learning environment, students gain real-world experience in printing, design, production, and retail operations.

This program equips students with valuable, transferable skills while fostering independence, confidence, and career readiness. The program offers paid internships with local businesses, such as Great Lakes Growers and Domino's Pizza, as well as partnerships with Kent State University. While she successfully launched the lab in the 2024–2025 school year, she is now focused on scaling the program and deepening its impact for the 2025–2026 school year.

To strengthen this initiative, Ms. Brzozowski is seeking funding to purchase the Rise Up retail industry credentials, which will provide her students with nationally recognized certifications in retail fundamentals. These credentials are critical for helping students transition into the workforce, particularly those who have traditionally faced barriers to employment.

Ms. Brzozowski was chosen as Career Technical Professional of the Year by the Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Special Needs Division. She was selected by her peers in recognition of her outstanding contributions.

She also continues a long-standing tradition—dating back to her time as an intervention specialist—of bringing students with disabilities to an annual Rotary fishing event, offering them a chance to engage with nature, build confidence, and create joyful memories.
