Ms. Pellus is so deserving of this award. She effortlessly creates a safe and supportive environment, demonstrates kindness, patience and compassion, and always makes time. I don’t think she realizes her true impact because it comes so natural to her. She truly is a life changer and I am so lucky to have her support.

Most amazing, caring, loving, and selfless person I know. She had truly changed my life and has brought so much happiness into my life. I would be lucky to be half the person she is when I’m an adult.

The great thing about Kelsey is that she is as much of a role model inside of work as she is outside of work. No matter the setting or circumstance, her empathy and compassion for others is unwavering. She truly wants to make this world a better place.

So deserving of this nomination. As a parent I doubt that Ms. Pellus could ever understand how she also impacts the parents of her students. Knowing my daughter has someone like Ms. Pellus in her school gives great peace of mind. She is selfless, kind and available to all, constantly touching lives without knowing she’s doing it.
