Ms. Gayden is a LifeChanger! She has a gift that gives all students hope, love, and a way to see a bright future for themselves. Every day, Ms. Gayden serves underpriviledged, high poverty, low income families in a Title I School in Phoenix, AZ. She makes time for students who need extra guidance, provides services for families, and genuinely cares about the well being of all students, proving her ability to make a difference in students' lives. Ms. Gayden promotes "restorative justice" which allows students to make better choices and find a positive way to interact with each other. She is committed to finding a way to connect with each student and staff member, demonstrating her constant professionalism, dedication to social justice and excellent leadership.
