He also helps disabled students reach their full potential by providing individualized instructions, advocating, building strong relationships, collaborating with other stakeholders, teaching life/social skills, and encouraging growth mindsets. Mr. Deal has always collected quality clothes to donate to less fortunate students at Westbury.
