I've known Tim for over 15 years. I am a former colleague and lifelong friend. I've not seen anyone with so much positive energy in the classroom. He leads students and friends through his dynamic personality.

Tim was one my high schools teachers, and trust high school wasn’t fun, Tim wasn’t just a teacher though he was a supporter and no matter what anybody brought to him he listen and helped to his best ability’s. Tim encouraged me to stay in school and graduate and to never give up on my goals, even though times felt rough and I felt discouraged with myself. He always went out of his way to make sure I was on track. Because of him I graduated a year early and graduated college and went on and became a nurse and ABA therapist so I could help others. He deserves this award more than anyone I know.

Tim is the kind of teacher who changes lives without ever seeking recognition for it. His dedication to his students goes far beyond the classroom—he shows up for them, believes in them, and pushes them to see their own potential even when they can’t yet see it themselves. His compassion, patience, and unwavering commitment make him truly deserving of the LifeChanger of the Year nomination. Our school and community are better because of him.
