LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Shayne Greenland was nominated by his colleague, Susan Fryxell.

Mr. Greenland has been a vice principal at his school for more than four years.  Since his arrival, he has had a positive influence on his school's atmosphere.  He is compassionate to other staff members and has a physical presence on campus.  One morning in particular, he was seen helping the custodial staff repaint the campus after there was an unfortunate graffiti incident the prior evening.

"His famous quote is 'love what you do.'  I remember this quote often and try to live by it," said Fryxell.
