LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Lorena Rodriguez was nominated by an anonymous colleague.

Heber Valley Elementary School depends on Mrs. Rodriguez, also known as "Miss Lorena," for so much. She is the Spanish-speaking office secretary and parent-liaison, the lunch clerk, a listening ear, and a compassionate adult to students, staff, and families. Miss Lorena has a patient demeanor, a quick smile, and a huge heart as she supports students and adults in her daily responsibilities.  She is a hard-worker, an efficient secretary, and a friend to everyone she meets.
