LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Daniel Bonnett was nominated by an anonymous student.

"Mr. Bonnett has changed my life for the better in the short time I have had him as a teacher," said his nominator. "He has helped me believe in myself and my abilities once again.  Mr. Bonnett has made my Honors Algebra II an exceptional class and has forced us to think outside of the box.  Math has never been fun or interesting, but his sense of humor and motivation has inspired my classmates and I to succeed and think about our futures with college. Coming from a poor community, it's an inspiration to have him as a teacher, and I'm very thankful he came to our school. He has assisted me in class and other classes through tutoring. You always see him making funny faces in the hallway.  I actually want to become a teacher because of him!"
