Mrs. Marquadt is the definition of a LifeChanger! She has the amazing job of building up her students by learning what makes them tick and creating individualized plans to help them succeed in the classroom and in life.  She does this with exceptional grace, love, and accountability.

Mrs. Marquadt is always looking out for what is best for her students by helping them to become responsible, hardworking individuals. Somehow, she knows exactly how much to challenge her students without pushing them to the point of frustration.

Mrs. Marquardt takes the time to not only build strong and lasting relationships with her students, but also with the families of students. Many of her students have struggled to make connections and feel successful in their lives. She has embraced every one of her students and their individual quirks and needs, and she shows them the power of hard work and perseverance. She loves to celebrate their accomplishments because she guides them to create goals that they can truly be joyful about when they reach them.
