Mrs. Smith is a life changer because of the huge impact she has made on many students’ lives. She is always helping students, both in and outside of school. Mrs. Smith is always trying to find new ways to better understand the standards, and she never fails to find the way. After she finds that great way, she shares it with other teachers, then continues to use it throughout the year in all her classes.

Last year, Mrs. Smith taught math, which is where many kids struggle, but the way she taught her students made it easier. As a result, most of her students ended the year with an 80% average or higher. She puts a lot of time and effort into what she does just to make sure everything goes right. Since she’s been teaching for awhile, she’s definitely a pro!

Mrs. Smith is always positive, and she never gives up on her students. Every day, you can find her in the hallway or in her classroom smiling from ear to ear. You can hardly tell when she’s upset. Mrs. Smith volunteers at many events, including the Spell Bowl team, Yearbook Club, and the Academic Super Bowl team. She is very involved and gives her students many opportunities to succeed.
