Gina Anderson was nominated by her husband, Dan Anderson.
Mrs. Anderson has been a teacher in Bay City for 25 years, and she's just as engaged with the kids as she was in her first day. She spends hours planning and going above and beyond to seek out opportunities for learning. Her patience with her kids is beyond measure. She is always building relationships with her families that continue beyond the current school year.
"I see the sacrifices she makes each day to make first grade the best it possibly can with her loving, creative, well-planned days," said Anderson.
