Ms. Shrider takes on every challenge thrown her way with a smiling face. She never says no to anything and always finds a solution. She is a true scholar advocate. If a student is having a bad day, Ms. Shrider will get on their level and turn their day around. She will sit with them, walk with them, hug/hold them, listen to them, color with them, and do anything they need. She wears herself out every day and thoroughly loves her job. Overall, she's amazing!
