LifeChanger of the Year Nominee Profile

Rhonda Ramirez was nominated by the Lone Star State School Counselor Association.

Ms. Ramirez was named the Lone Star State School Counselor of the Year. She is a lifelong learner who stays abreast of the latest information concerning the school counseling profession. She attends all district staff development, as well as state and national conferences, in an effort to obtain updates and key information that can be used to better support her students. Ms. Ramirez has also served as the Lead Counselor on her campus for six years. As a result of her dynamic leadership of the counseling department, the climate and the culture on her campus is consistently positive and transformative.
