Michaela Williams was nominated by the Wyoming School Counselor Association.
Ms. Williams was named the Wyoming School Counselor of the Year. She embodies creativity and is an asset to her school. She created the student advocacy program. This program provides each student in the building with a staff member, giving them a positive role model and adult they can connect with. She is always willing to step in and help with crisis situations in the secondary buildings. Finally, she is well versed in designing, implementing and evaluating standards-based, data-driven school counseling programs.
