Charles Malone was nominated by his colleague of 17 years, Marshonn Calvin.
Mr. Malone has been an outstanding educator during his time at Millington Central High School (MCHS). He's truly a natural-born leader, both in and outside of the classroom. He has continuously excelled every year in the following areas:

- Creative and well-organized auto body projects
- Continuous Professional Growth in the area of Collision Repair
Overall, Mr. Malone has shown that he knows how to prioritize and go the extra mile to produce great quality work with the students of MCHS in his Collision Repair classes.
