The lessons she creates are modified to fit the needs of every individual student in class. When she teaches, she makes sure that all her students understand the concept they're discussing. She is a results-oriented teacher, and she always values the ideas, situation, and experiences of her students. She makes sure that students participate and engage intellectually. Fides uses different models of teaching, including lectures, hands-on projects, and experimentation to make learning more effective for the students."
