Jennifer Cox was nominated by Camille Conley, a parent of a student.
Mrs. Cox is a huge asset to the Ware County School System. She is always smiling and loving to all of her children. She never yells and is very soft spoken to all of the children. Mrs. Cox encourages her children to always do their best and to read, read, and read! She consistently demonstrates professionalism and encourages her children to be the best they can be. In the classroom, she introduces them to new things to make learning fun, instead of just teaching straight out of the textbook. With all the challenges the world has faced over the past year and a half, she has managed to embrace the change and adapt her curriculum and methods to help these children who have never had a "normal" school year.
"She is an amazing person and role model. I am glad my child will always have someone to look up to as a mentor," said Conley.
Jennifer is an amazing person! She is always kind to everyone no matter who they are. She always makes others feel important. She’s always looking for new ways to reach her students and help other teachers. She is such an encourager to young adults wanting to enter the field of education. Jennifer is truly a life changer!
Jennifer is definitely an example of Life Changer. Not only does she care enough about children to spend her days and time teaching in public school Monday thru Friday, she also teaches kids Sunday school and Children's church. She cares about kids academically and spiritually. Congratulations, Jennifer, for this nomination! What a great role model!
Jennifer is not only an amazing teacher she is a wonderfully thoughtful human. She has already made a huge impact on my daughters life in this short school year. I could not have chosen a better person for this nomination. We love mrs. Cox!

Mrs. Cox is very deserving of this honor! She's always thinking of ways to help each student get to the next level of learning and goes above and beyond to bring out the best in each of them. Mrs. Cox refers to each student as 'my baby', even though she has her own children. She is such humble and kind person, a true role model for everyone.

Mrs. Cox is an absolute blessing to everyone she comes in contact with. My daughter was lucky to have her as a 1st grade teacher. Mrs. Cox has a passion for helping each student learn to love reading and her hard work shows. I especially loved the days my daughter would "play" school at home and every soft spoken word that came from her play teacher mouth, was an exact reflection of the words Mrs. Cox chooses to use in her classroom. She does the extra for each of her students in the classroom and outside. Her kindness, generosity and love to my baby means my mama heart can rest easy during the day and 100 % apprecited. Mrs. Cox was my mentor during my student internship at Williams Heights. She has wonderful classroom management, encouraged students to do their best and adapted the curriculum to the needs of her students! Her methods have impacted my life as a future educator and I can’t wait to implement her teachings in my future classroom.

We are so thankful for Mrs. Cox and all she has done for Maybrie this year. Maybrie wants to be Mrs. Cox when she grows up. Mrs. Cox has worked hard to teach and challenge Maybrie in new ways and has helped us learn how to work with her better at home. She has gone above and beyond making her students feel loved.
