Music that Describes Megan

Megan Erb was nominated by her principal, Carrie Morgan-Davis.

Ms. Erb has taken on a new challenge in her district this year: coordinator of the MTSS program.  In this role, she is working with parents, teachers, and administrators to tackle some of the most challenging results of teaching and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. She works tirelessly to help identify ways of addressing the roadblocks to success, both in and outside of the classroom.  She helps families and teachers find resources to tackle these challenges.

Beyond her job, Ms. Erb works with teachers and community members to learn about implementing STEAM activities into their everyday curriculum.  Her enthusiasm and stick-with-it attitude have helped the most nervous adults try things such as robotics and coding in their classrooms.

"Megan's leadership abilities are natural.  She is an asset to our school community in the most genuine way," said Morgan-Davis.

Congratulations Megan on being nominated. Megan is very kind and very flexible to work with. I had asked her for help in making a video and without hesitation she did it for me. I needed a space to perform hearing screenings on students and she gave up her classroom to help me out. She is great with the students and a pleasure to work with.
