Randy Gilman was nominated by an anonymous colleague.

Dr. Gilman has humbly completed 27 years of service as an educator for the Fox C-6 School District in Arnold, Missouri. He has served in many roles during his educational career, beginning as an elementary teacher before transitioning to an assistant principal. Then, he led as a building principal, and is currently serving in his role as the district's assistant superintendent of elementary education and Title IX coordinator.  Under Dr. Gilman's leadership, his schools, teachers, students, and communities have received numerous recognitions.  

Dr. Gilman is a lifelong learner who earned his doctorate degree in educational administration from Missouri Baptist University.  An advocate for character education, Dr. Gilman dedicated his doctoral studies to researching the effect of student understanding of bullying behavior and the impact it has in the school environment.  Dr. Gilman's research helped to impact change for school and district policies for bully prevention to create safe school environments for all students.
