Tiffany Berschneider was nominated by Maria Jimenez, a parent of a student.

Ms. Berschneider is a teacher with more than 20 years of experience. She has taught first grade, second grade, and Kindergarten. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Humboldt State University and received her master's degree from Concordia University.

Ms. Berschneider has many abilities. She is very creative, which is excellent for the development and learning of her students. She's also a highly motivated person who makes her students think of a bright future. Ms. Berschneider's a very good organizer and collaborator with school events. Also, she is a very respectful and trustworthy person.
