Taylor Reynolds was nominated by her colleague, Jacqueline Sanders.
Miss Reynolds is the teacher who does what's necessary for her students. She finds new ways to reach them, whether it requires her to reach into her pocket or not. Growth in her students is the goal she sets out to master. With this year of uncertainty, she has obtained this goal and more for her students. Miss Reynolds is an individual who is eager to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed.
"Being named LifeChanger of the Year would fit her because she truly is changing lives, not only for the students she teaches, but for anyone she interacts with at any time. She is truly a big piece to the puzzle," said Sanders.
Ms. Reynolds is a kind and compassionate educator. She achieves high and encourages students to do the same. She’s invested within her community & serves as a great role model. I know she will positively impact countless lives.
Taylor was my college classmate and my sorority sister! Amongst the few of us on the field student teaching in 2017 to now, full blown educators, Taylor continues to exude excellence. An awesome person and hands down a stellar education.
Taylor’s passion for students is what every classroom needs, definitely a hard-working person! I attended college with Taylor and knew that she would be an amazing asset to any school. Ms. Renoylds and I attended middle college during our senior year of high school, and college together. We’re now colleagues at Edisto Elementary school. It’s amazing to see her growth as a leader and educator! She’s goes above and beyond to ensure that her students’ educational goals are met. Ms. Renoylds provides a warm, fun and engaging learning environment for her students. She’s an awesome colleague and very supportive. She’s well deserving of this honor!

Taylor is a wonderful educator. She works and teaches her students diligently. She is willing to be creative in her lesson plans and small groups to get students to understand and take ownership of their learning. Ms. Reynolds has been my child's teacher for 2 years in a row and my child absolutely loves her. Ms.Reynolds is an amazing teacher, when we do projects she takes us in step by step to make sure we understand how to do the project. When we are lost and don't know what to do she goes over it again. Before we have a test she always does a review to make sure we got it and won't get a bad grade.
