Heather Wisz was nominated by her colleague, Emma McGee.
"I have to say that she is an awesome teacher. She deals with many children who have come out of pre-K repeating due to not being here last year. She has helped them tremendously to fill the gap from not being in school during the COVID-19 pandemic. Heather has also brought me in as a helper in the classroom, and she has shown me many ways to help the children in these trying times. She has many children, and they all mean a lot to her. I would love to see more teachers like her," said McGee.
