He empowers his students to believe in themselves and seek their potential. Mr. Pagano always strives to develop captivating activities and lessons that target his students' goals and help them improve their academic and language skills. His teaching practice is backed by experience and evidence-based approaches. He has been honored by the UFT Speech Chapter for his work with middle school-aged students and his contributions to the school community.

Mr. Pagano is committed to creating a positive, nurturing atmosphere among his students and co-workers. His talents, patience, and guidance are evident in all that he does. His leadership within the speech department at his school has been apparent throughout his career.
